• A dip in the pool before or after breakfast, based on your biorhythm, is a panacea for body and mind. Stop by the poolside, directly overlooking a 180° panorama from east to west: the cliffs, the horizon that stretches as far as the eye can see, Positano and further on the Isle of Capri.

• Without hurry, ask at the Reception to be accompanied with our free shuttle down to La Praia Beach, a pebble beach set among the rocks of a cliff and dominated by the ancient tower at Sea.

• The time has come to go back up towards the Torre a Mare, the ancient Saracen watchtower around which you cannot miss the suggestive itinerary that develops all around it, one of the most romantic and scenery of the coast.

• If your morning has already given you enough emotions, all you have to do is call us to send you our free shuttle that will take you back to the hotel, where you can enjoy the sun lying on the comfortable sunbeds of our solarium or take a break with a light lunch at our M'Ama Restaurant.

• If, on the other hand, you wanted to continue to feed your desire for discovery, you could continue the walk along the path of the ancient Roman road up to the small church of San Tommaso, in a succession of narrow streets and stairways that go up to the top of the town, between stone walls, secret gardens and cascades of flowers and Mediterranean plants. From there, in another 10 minutes of panoramic walk, along the high street of the town, you will return to the hotel, where a refreshing aperitif and some well-deserved relaxation by the pool awaits you.

The afternoon in Praiano

• Depending on the season, you can decide to extend your moment of fresh relaxation in the hotel, by booking a unique experience of its kind with a 5 Star Method massage, to be done outdoors on our evocative massage room-terrace, in front of you just the sea!

• For an afternoon program, don't miss the walk to the Church of San Luca, just above the hotel and the visit to its Music Museum, but above all linger walk along Via Costantinopoli until you reach the mythical pepper tree.

• If your desire for discovery is still high and you feel fit, continue the walk, going up at least a stretch of the road that leads to the Convent of San Domenico, up there passes the famous Path of Gods, which every walker wants to experience at least once in their life.

Sunset in Praiano

• If the sun that accompanied your day is now curving towards the Island of Capri and the sweet atmosphere of the sunset is starting to make the sea shine with a thousand golden glitters, then it's time to go down Via Masa to the Cathedral of Praiano. It's time to enjoy an aperitif in the centre, admiring the gentle decline of the sun and the lights up the sea with yellow, orange and red tones, until it disappears behind the Faraglioni of Capri and Punta Campanella.

• By calling our Reception, our free shuttle will reach you to take you back to the hotel. It's time to enjoy a little rest in your room, while from your terrace you will slowly see the lights of the sunset giving way to the glow of the moon on the sea.
