The wine cellar of our M’Ama Restaurant collects some of the best verticals dedicated to local producers.

Eating is one of the most appreciated experiences within a journey, knowing and appreciating the culinary originality of a place is part of the journey itself.

But it is not only in the dish that the essence of territorial cuisine is found. Wine is the other half of the gastronomic journey, it is the complement and exaltation of food.

For this reason we take care of our wine cellar at the M'Ama! Restaurant in Praiano with the same passion.

To be able to offer our restaurant guests a tasting experience that is not only culinary but also oenological.

The M'Ama! wine cellar is a bit of a gem of ours that we take care of with loving passion. A slow and painstaking work, year after year, which has allowed us to gather some of the best wine verticals dedicated to local producers.

The bond with wine also has its roots in the family ties that unite us to what is considered the most appreciated local winery in the world, Marisa Cuomo.

A love story, that with Marisa Cuomo a special woman who is always at the forefront of tending his audacious vineyards, suspended between sky and sea, along the Amalfi Coast.

Perched on the slopes of the marvellous village of Furore, you cannot miss a visit to the cellar dug into the rock, thanks to which the refinement in oak barrels of incomparable wines such as Fiorduva creates real prodigies that perfectly blend the ingenuity of the connection between nature and humans. At the M'Ama! Restaurant we can offer our guests the Fiorduva vertical, from 2002 to 2022, which can rarely be found in circulation.

The splendid vertical di Borgo di Gete, another point of enological excellence in Campania, also belongs to our territory. On the slopes of the Lattari Mountains overlooking the Amalfi Coast, the best grapes of the vine locally called "Tintore" produce this extraordinary wine.

The village of Gete is a small fraction of Tramonti, where for generations on a few hectares of land locals have dedicated ourselves with commitment and sacrifice to the cultivation of the vineyards that give us this wine, a true example of biodiversity, with surprising levels of complexity and uniqueness

Also the vertical of Montevetrano, another uniqueness of our territory, which was born on the slopes of a medieval fortress, surrounded by wild nature, not far from the sea of the Gulf of Salerno. According to the most experts, among the best wines of southern Italy, it’s being called the "Sassicaia del Sud Italia". But the wine list in our cellar doesn't stop there!
